Gong
The core of my practice are gongs – five distinct ones in total. At its heart is the biggest gong in Dubai, a 2-meter diameter marvel.
Instruments
Singing bowls, tambourine, crystal symphony, and Koshi bells are a gentle musical accompaniment for entering and exiting the practice.
